Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant event.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that can't be excluded under Canadian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of your province of residence. Ontario players are subject to the regulatory framework of iGaming Ontario. Any disputes that can't be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant provincial regulator.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the site.
